Final Fantasy Tactics Returns

Final Fantasy Tactics fans rejoice. During PlayStation's State of Play on June 4th, we were treated to the reveal of an updated version of Final Fantasy Tactics finally coming to modern systems. For those who haven’t been keeping track, it’s been nearly 20 years since Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions was released on the PSP, with the original version released in 1997. It’s a long overdue revival, and I for one am happy to see it.

Call Of Duty Black OPS 7 Is Coming

Xbox Showcase surprised (or disappointed) the world by announcing Call of Duty Black OPS 7 as their final World Premiere during their Xbox showcase. The game is set to take place in 2035, and sees the return of fan favorite character David Mason.

It also boasts an all-star voice cast with the likes of Milo Ventimiglia as David Mason, Kiernan Shipka as Emma Kagan, and Michael Rooker returning as Mike Harper.

Final Fantasy XVI Set To Launch Two Book Tie-ins

VOID Interactive Game Ready or Not Prepares For Console Launch Debut

VOID Interactive announced during an IGN live that the final stages of console development have been completed for Ready or Not and the game is set for release on July 15. Pre-orders are now live on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S as the anticipated Summer launch approaches.

The release date for Ready or Not was revealed during the IGN Live showcase with a brand new trailer debuting gameplay footage of Ready or Not on console.

Mindseye Launched This Week, And It’s Not Good

Normally I don’t like giving games a bad review but there will always be exceptions. Unfortunately Mindseye is one of those exceptions. If you haven’t heard about the game, then you are lucky. As the debut game from Build A Rocket Boy studios, Mindseye has been surrounded in controversy for the last month and for very good reason. The game while looking decent, is a hallow shell of a game that is extremely linear, with uninspired gameplay that left much to be desired. Also add in that two executives left the company a week before launch and things get even worse for Mindseye.

If you see Mindseye cross your feed, save your money and maybe check it out after a year when it goes on sale. This one is definitely a pass.
